Aaron Krickstein is a retired professional tennis player from the United States. He was born on August 2, 1967, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Krickstein turned professional in 1983 at the age of 16.
Krickstein had a successful career on the ATP Tour, winning nine singles titles and reaching a career-high ranking of No. 6 in the world in 1984. He was known for his powerful baseline game and tenacity on the court.
One of Krickstein's most memorable performances came at the 1989 French Open when he reached the semifinals, becoming the youngest American male to reach that stage of the tournament in the Open Era.
Krickstein retired from professional tennis in 1996. After his playing career, he worked as a coach and tennis commentator. He was inducted into the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2006.
